The Awards Banquet of the NCCSAR Annual Convention is about people, pure and simple. The people pictured here are the ones who make the SAR program work. They give of their time and their talents, mostly unrecognized. But on Awards night, all that changes: this is a chance to finally meet and celebrate the unsung heroes amongst us.
