It was sunny out all right - the temperature climbed to 92 degrees! But that didn't deter the gathering of the North Carolina Patriotic Organizations from celebrating the 230th Anniversary of the signing of the Halifax Reserves. For those who hadn't heard them before, the Halifax Town Crier read them in their entirety.
