This young girl was participating in Felicity Day, where a girl dresses up exactly like her doll. Felicity Day was scheduled to run concurrently with the 225th Anniversary Reenactment of David Fanning's raid on Hillsborough to capture Governor Thomas Burke, Hillsborough, NC, Sept. 9th, 2006
