Ray Maxon presents the Eagle Scout Award to Chase Pattillo, with 71 Merit Badges. Frank Horton, President of the Marquis de LaFayette Chapter who sponsored Eagle Scout Pattillo accepted the award on his behalf and will present it in a local ceremony within the next few months.
