There seemed to be two themes stressed at this year's Board of Managers meeting - Leadership and Outreach. By the reckoning of most, the North Carolina Society of the SAR is doing well on both accounts. There is, however, a vast opportunity to do more of each. Recognizing this fact, the Board of Managers met to plan the course of action of our State Society will take in the ensuing months to pursue these worthy goals. There were some new faces in the group as well as a host of old friends. We hope you will join us for the next one in Salisbury, NC.
